Refund Policy for Events
Thank you for registering for our event at syntaxsprint.in. Please carefully review our refund policy below:
- No Refund Policy: Once payment is made for any event, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. We encourage you to thoroughly review all event details before completing your registration.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your registration must not have been processed, and you must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Non-Returnable Items: Event registrations cannot be returned or refunded after payment is completed.
Refund Conditions:
- The registration must be cancelled before processing.
- A receipt or proof of registration may be required.
- Returns must not be sent back to the event organizers.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, determined at our discretion.
Refund Process: Once cancellation is confirmed, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your cancellation request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your payment provider directly.
Sale Items: Event registrations are non-refundable, including those purchased during promotional periods.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for event registrations.
Gift Returns: Event registrations marked as gifts are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping Returns: There is no physical shipping involved for event registrations.
